Location: Salt Lake City

In collaboration with the Salt Lake City Redevelopment Agency, this modern residence was intended to rethink the traditional city infill lot and it’s potential. With a detached garage and a welcoming street elevation, this home celebrates the revival of the front porch. Vertical louvers control the west sun while allowing the facade to have floor to ceiling glass doors and windows.
