Since 1999, Spy Hop has mentored Utah’s young people in the digital media arts as a vehicle for free expression, self-discovery, critical thinking, and skilled participation.
Their afterschool and community programs in film, audio, music, and design are a model for youth development programs across the nation and Spy Hop is recognized by the White House as a leading nonprofit arts and humanities organization.
Spy Hop’s new home will be approximately 27,000 S.F. & located in the Salt Lake City in the Central 9th neighborhood. Evangelos’ has been involved in every step of this project from initial programing and adjacency studies and through to design and construction documentation.

100 South Townhomes

A three unit luxury Row House for a private developer will be located on 100 South & 613 East.
Evangelos was the lead designer on this project and played a key role in the programing, design development, and construction documentation phases of this design while conducting project management and construction research with his colleagues at Atlas Architects. This was a milestone project, as Atlas was able to attain historic landmarks commission approval for a new building from Salt Lake City.
This project will be finished in brick, metal panel siding, and cherry wood accents. It is a modern design inspired by classical proportions. This project is approximately 9,000.00 S.F. and currently under construction.
